What a nightmare!

OK, house update. We lost the house. It wasn't our fault but I feel terrible about it anyway. There was a problem with the condo association and the percentage of financially unstable condos in their group. Most loans won't OK if that percentage is over 15% and the place we wanted to buy had 20% of it's neighbors in financial trouble. In the long run this is a blessing. We would have had a hard time selling the house in the future.

This picture kind of represents my feelings. So close!

So we will continue the look for a new place. I have 5 on the list to check out next week. When we have a new contract I'll post a picture of the place. Cross your fingers for us!
