House Update

OK, we bought a house. Well, at least we signed a lot of paperwork that says we will fork out the 10% of the total cost on the 29th of July. I will have to make a stop at the bank. At night. With a welding torch and a fast car.

Looking forward to the closing but even more I am looking forward to getting the place ship-shape. It might take a few years but hey, we have a 30 year mortgage so we have the time.
